At fantasywonders, every item is made-to-order using high-quality materials with premium care. We aim to deliver not only exceptional products but also a smooth shopping experience.

Processing Time

All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing your purchase details.

Once your order has been processed (within 3–5 business days, Monday – Saturday), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders placed before 8:00 AM (PST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

You can track your shipment directly using the tracking link provided in your email.

Taxes

  1. sales tax of 6.5% will be applied to your order at checkout.

  2. This tax is calculated on the subtotal (products + shipping).

  3. For orders eligible for free shipping (over 100£), the 6.5% tax will apply to the product subtotal only.

                                                                            Returns & Refunds Policy

    At fantasywonders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order or part of your order within 30 days from the date you receive the product(s).

    Conditions for Returns

    Returned items must be:

    1. Unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

    2. With all original tags attached, in “as new” condition.

    * Items returned in an unsuitable condition (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tags) may be rejected and sent back to you.

    How to Return Your Item(s)

    1. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and a suitable outer package.

    2. Include your order slip or a note with:

      1. Your full name and address

      2. Order number and details

      3. Contact email or phone number

    3. Label your parcel with our returns address:

    * We recommend using a tracked/recorded delivery service and keeping proof of postage, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

    Return Shipping Costs

    1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    2. A 5.99£ return handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing.

    * This fee does not apply if:

    1. The product is faulty or misdescribed.

    2. We made an error in pricing, description, or delivery.

    3. You have a legal right to return due to our mistake.

    Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange for a different size or color:

    1. Indicate this clearly on your return note.

    2. Replacements will be sent to your default delivery address (can be updated in My Account → Address Book).

    Refunds

    1. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible.

    2. If you are returning because you changed your mind, refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned product(s), or earlier if you provide proof of return shipment.

    3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by your bank/card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

    What is refunded:

    1. The price of the returned product(s) only.

    What is not refunded:

    1. Sales tax (6.5%).

    2. Original shipping fees (5.99£ for Standard or 9.99£ for Priority).

    3. The 5.99£ return handling fee (except in cases of fault or error on our part).

    4. Items returned in unsuitable condition (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tags).

    * Refunds may be adjusted if returned goods are not in resalable condition.
